Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the OG Companion application ("App") provided by Omnius Gaming, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App.

Account Registration

To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use

  • Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value
  • Virtual Items cannot be exchanged for real currency
  • We reserve the right to modify or remove Virtual Items at any time
  • Virtual Items are non-transferable except as permitted within the App

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are owned by Omnius Gaming and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OMNIUS GAMING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
